      go to the x on the left and then it will ask if u want to deat it or no if u do not want it click yes

        On mine at the top of all the toolbars, the line where the web address is typed in go the the furthest right and there is an arrow pointing down. click that with the left mouse button and at the very bottom of that it shows a list of all toolbars and whether you want them enabled or disabled. Hope this helps. This is on Explorer not foxfire or another browser.
