    why do some cut, human, hair float and other sink?

    When cutting my hair I noticed that some floated in the water in the sink and other hair sank. Why?

      well, hmmm .... i think you have more hair spray, on some pieces.
      you may have the mind of a scientist-to-be. i love it when people are curious about stuff ... anything.
      a lot of people just go ho hum and complain of being bored.
