TSA said to check with the manufacturer of sinfulcolor professional nail polish to see if they are "regulated for transportation." I've purchased 100 bottles as gifts for the little girls in Uganda, Africa. I'll be packing them in my "checked" luggage. Will these 100 bottles be considered hazardous material?
