There may be a number of reasons for this:
a What is the signal strength on your wireless connection?
b If you are using laptop make sure the switch at the side is in the right position, or make sure you are 'not working offline'.
Finally unplug or temporarily switch off your router- wait 20 secs then restart. Wait for the system to stabalise and then go back into Internet Explorer.
As someone who has limited knowledge that's all I can think of.
Can anyone else help??
