      As you Say if your Single you should have first initial and then your middle intiial the your surname initial this is according to Debretts though I could be wrong its along time since I was at Boarding School and I havnt picked the debretts book up for years never needed it /or may be I need it now ! mel

          If you are uncomfortable with that is is acceptable to only put you first intial of your last name or your first name only....
