    The format for logging in has changed. My password is being rejected .WHY?

    I used to put in my I.D. then put in a series of numbers. Finally came my password. What has changed Because I need to see my credit details.

        It did the same thing to me.. . I had the password sent to my e mail and it let me change it there.
