I would caution against your table idea, airconditioning systems are manufactured to condition the air not to be modified by a home handy politicaly correct "person" Buy a small fold up table for about $20.

You can probably find something like that if you go to the DIY site or any "how to" site that there is. Just type "how to sites" in and you'll find a lot of them or google the same...of course this means you have to make/rig it yourself...I've never heard of that being manufactured (:
