      Did you suffer a devastating injury? That's the only reason I can see for a law suit. If they paid your medical cost if you had to be checked out at an ER, and you were fine, then I think they did their bit.

        Maybe a bruised rear end and if you are lucky someone might offer you a hand to help you get back up.
