To answer, not ask another question (sorry expert) I would have ALL oil changed gear box differential as well as sump(engine) I would also reccommend you have the brake lines purged and new brake fluid. Same for clutch line. The cooling system should be reverse flushed and water containing anti freeze/boil added. All hoses should be checked and replaced as required. If the motor is running as sweet as a nut then the spark plugs should be OK. If you do need new spark plugs I would reccommend you get Iridium or platinum plugs, cost the earth but are good for 100 thousand ks. I have them in my 1999 Ford Falcon sedan 4 litre 6 cylinder that has travelled 269 thousand ks and I am on my second set of Iridium . Cost $20 each in Australia. Always get your subbie serviced at regular intervals and it will go forever. Well almost forever.

We can`t all afford a new car every couple of years and frankly the one I have, mechanicaly is the best ever, that is some praise as I bought my first car in 1949. I drove as a rep for years averaging 100 thousand ks a year. Since retiring I have towed a caravan for a total of 48thousand ks. with the Ford. When you are on a good thing stick to it>
