      It's probably plug-ins or flash player.
      Depends on your system your browser.
      There could be some kind of ad block or parental controls also.
      If you got firefox go here http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
      You can also go here http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
      there are a block of four on the right install them see what happens
