    My computer screen is blue and I can't see my icons. My programs from the start up menu is missing. I can't see anything from system restore. I can get on the internet but my settings are off.

    Can someone please help me.

    Sorry, I didn't notice your settings weren't visible to gain internet access to resolve these issues. I'd say your next best bet is to call aroung and compare prices on repairing this 'blue screen error' also known as the 'systems crash error'. When I did my pricing the cost varied from around $400 all the way down to $50 so be careful.
    What you have is 'Blue Screen Error' and repairing it will depend on the severity of the error (crash). My computer went through the same crash a while back and I restored it by getting information from ask.com and ehow.com Now, many of the links on these sites want you to buy something so make sure you ask for the 'free' or 'do it youself' ones available. Another thing you can try is 'systems recovery and or restore' Choose the earliest date available when restoring your computer. Keep on that computer and try every option available and you'll eventually have it back on track.
