    I had my two kids taken off me by there father it's been 3 years now and i want my kids back

    um my ex and my family thought i had problem with alcohol and thats the dad was to have them full time. I now have a new partner who i live with & have for about 2 years we are very happy together we both have a job

      time to get a custody lawer and petition the court

        Volunteer to a random piss test to check for alcohol. This will go a long way to convince the courts that you are in fact sober. Good luck.
