You need to reopen your old email account. Was your email address provided by your internet provider or did you have an account in an online email service like Yahoo or Gmail?

If your email address was issued by your internet provider then contact their customer service and see if they can reopen the account. If your email account was made by a company you no longer work with then you're out of luck.

If your old email was Yahoo or Gmail then try to log in or sign up again, see if the account is still available.
