    Internet Explorer cannot display the Webpage, why?

    Although my modem connection is active, still have the problem.

      Re-start the computer and try again

        maybe the page dose not exsist anymore, or your server blocked it or your anti virus blocked it or if you cant see any web pages, check your router (Modem) and then check your connection settings in Internet Explorer.
        Make sure the LAN settings is on AUTO detect.
