    how can i repair my heels which are deeply cracked and sore

    I have tried everything. My heels look dirty and the cracks are deep.

      I have this problem which I have solved in the following way:
      Get some very coarse sandpaper and rub the skin until smooth.
      Use a cream comtaining urea twice a day rubbed into the heel. The Scholl products are good but expensive.
      You may be diabetic so go to your doctor to get this checked out.

          E45 cream rubbed in 3x a day,vaseline and socks over night,vic vapour rub if problem bad overnight with socks gives a great result.If very very bad podiatrist can help with overall care and advice,hope that helps.
