Me either but as far as I know it is not connected to military defense.
I am ex army and life time subscriber to our Returned Servicemen(inclwomen) League commonly referred to as the RSL. and I have not encounted the Australian Defence League.

Talking of shit stirrers did you hear about the little boy sitting in a bus shed stirring something in a tin. Buss pulled in and the driver went to the lad" What are you doing' he asked' "I am mixing shit to make something"
came the reply
"Oh what are you making?" said the driver. "I am making a bus driver" the kid told him.
Just then a cop car pulled up and the driver went to the cop and told hom he thought the kid was a sandwich short of a picnic.
Cop asked the kid what he was doing and got the same answer except that when the cop asked "What are going to make" the littlr fella said a bus driver.
'Oh why not a policeman" said the cop.
"I haven`t got enough shit" said the kid.
