    if you are caught re entering the US after being deported?

    What would be the penalty for someone who has signed to leave voluntarily and ice takes you back to your country but you are caught re entering the US??

      I believe they are trying to pass new laws in the border states, requiring second time offenders to serve 5-10 years of incarceration, or prison to the layman. Third time offenders will be shot.
