    I was fired from a job - I have multiple sclerosis and they didn't look at reasonable accomodations that I requested.

    Can I sue them for wrongful termination? I worked for the county human services dept.

    Contact the ADA, adult with disabilities association. They love to take on cases like yours!
    HELLO HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD MS ONLY I KNOW FOR A FACT IF YOU HAD THIS FOR 1YEAR OR MORE YOU ARE CLASSED AS SOMEONE WHO HAS A DISABILITY AND THE COMPANY HAS TO HELP IN EVERY WAY BY LAW THE BEST ADVICE I WOULD GIVE YOU IS TO GO TO THE CITIZEN ADVICE BERAEUO AS I DID AS MY COMPANY TRIED TO GET RID OF ME BECAUSE I WAS ILL AND FOUND OUT BECAUSE I HAD MY PROBLEM FOR OVER THE YEAR I TO WAS CLASSED AS DISABLED AND I WORKED FOR THE COMPANY OVER 20 YEARS AND SOON AS I TOLD MY MANAGER HE SAID WE DONT HAVE TO ACCOMODATE YOU HOW WRONG WAS HE I ENDED UP TAKING EARLY RETIRMENT WITH A GOOD PENSION HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU IN SOME WAY GOOD LUCK TO YOU

    MS is a classified disability and this person is being discrimminated against, exactly what the ADA is there for.
