    hypothetical question-If one had a personal cell phone bill /account that has gone to collections is there anyway to contact Bell direct and settle vs dealing with the collection service ?

      Thanks for your opinion.....in what way is public debt different then private debt? Can you clarify what you mean by public debt in this case? thanks

        Thanks...I assume these(taxes,fines, etc) are all examples of public debt whereas the cell phone bill is private debt as I understand from what you are saying...correct?
