Click the Windows "Start" menu. Click "Settings" and click the "Control Panel" if you are using the classic Start Menu. If you are using the default Start Menu, just click the "Control Panel" after clicking the Windows Start Menu.

Double-click "Add or Remove Programs" if you are using Windows XP. This launches the programs window. If you are using Windows Vista or 7, click "Programs" and click "Programs and Features" to launch the programs window.

3.
Select "WeatherBug" from the list of applications and click "Remove" or "Uninstall." If prompted, type your administrator password and click "OK" to remove the application.

Yeah, I agree with ninnet,I just went into add/remove programs and uninstalled it,I have windows 7 on my laptop,that weather bug was a pain in the rear,I removed it immediately after I bought my laptop.
