    what is the small cube shaped pyrymide of metal that weighs 4.9 dwt. and has "G ll" on the top?

    is a goldish , greenish , silver color and is about the size of a marble but cut in the shape of a square but the top is smaller then it gets bigger as it goes towards the bottom. may possibly of been used for making teeth.
