Any e-mail that asks you for money is a scam.

I do not know what it is but here are some possibilities.
    1. It is a sweepstakes.
    2. It could be one of these inheritance recovery places.
It could be a scam, if they want all the questions about your identity, job, address, religion, etc.
    4. It could have something to do with a company that repunds money for overpayment to insuranc, your electric, doctor, etc.
    5. Say a prayer and respnd. If they want yu social security number ....that's a deal breaker. Proceed with causion. It's a 50/50 chance that it is ligit.

Yes it sure is a scam I get about 20 to 50 a year some are from Mayalasia, Africa and India.

(VPIF)VITAL PRIZE INFORMATION FULFILMENT is a scam along with AODD(ACCOUNTING OFFICE AND DISBURSEMENTS DEPARTMENT.

Too many people I've seen have taken the bait too late..just notify your Local Departmental Head about these letters that keep on poping up.
