If you want to have two separate facebook accounts, first log out of the facebook account you already have. Now in the facebook homepage click the 'sign up' option, fill in the details and open a new account! You won't be able to sign into both at the same unless you have to browsers open, but you will be able to switch between the two (just sign off and in to do so).
