Anything that holds electrical currant can be powder coated. But you'll probably have to find a powder coater near you. Unless you have some really cool equipment..

The new Offshores are link outfitted with the familiar AP Cal. link 3126/3840 automatic chronograph caliber, which offers 50 hours of power reserve and runs at AP's standard rate link of 21,600 vph, or 3 Hz. It's an AP in-house automatic movement fitted with a chronograph module by Dubois Depraz.

So link now the fun part. Depending on the spec a U50 will cost between 2180 and 2940. For my money I'd go with exactly what is shown here the U50-T which is one step up from the base and link adds the Tegiment hardening to the case which brings the price to a more specific 2650. For link the sake of competition I figure any enthusiast buyer would be considering thinner modern tool dive watches no fauxtina of a similar size and around 2000-3500.
