hem removal is not that big of a deal unless you have growth beyond simple starvation of the hemorrhoids. They can starve them off by tying them so that they do not get blood or they can inject them.. injections are painless, I've had it done myself. more of an embarrassment with your butt up.. LOL..But i guess no more st that the women putting their legs up during a papsmear. Main thing is, that it is totally painless and in a few days, they just fall off. (until next time)

the only real solution is surgery. if their not real bad sit in a bath of cold water and avoid stress/anxiety.

and eat properly. they are cause by various things and some foods make it difficult to pass.
