    How can I move the Start toolbar to the bottom of my screen?

    I seem to have accidentally moved the bar with the start button to the top of my monitor display -- I can't find the way to put it back. Help!

      The taskbar (and the Start button) can be dragged to any of the four sides by first unlocking it (right click, un-check the "Lock") . Drag it where you want it then lock it.
