    What's the easiest way to play an .MKV file on my CD player?

    I'm using a flash memory to play movies on my CD. The recent file I have uses MKV file extension how to I get it to play?

    You would need to convert to mp3, and then have a CD player that plays mp3s

    mkv is for video - but you said a CD player, and they do NOT play video! Did you mean DVD player?

    In any case the tool I pointed to can convert from video to audio only.
