      Which Router is it?
      If it's cisco you can simply reset it using the button and enter using the password and user name: adimn


      Let me know if it's a different router

        Hi and thanx for your response...I have a BT router, but my account is not with them PP

        You need to call your service provider who can delete your current code which will allow you to enter a new password. That was my experience at least with T-Mobile wireless. Good Luck
