I think Obama is because of how large his ears are, I mean if those puppies could move he would be airborne in no time.
Even though he has intellect it seems like he doesn't make very many good decisions. Being smart doesn't necessarily make you good at making decisions, nor does it give you common sense. People really need both to be effective, smarts alone won't make you successful. TMO
