    I want to know if there is a software that converts English audio file to English text

    that is asoftware that does the opposite of what the MS windows narrator does.

      You might want to look into Dragon speech recognition software, as there is one level of it that you might be able to do this with, although it might require another computer. This is at least a direction to look!
