I have not done so in a long time, but you need to get the metal skewers and good cuts of meat, such as beef or chicken or shrimp, add onions and tomatoes and yellow squash but I would marinate the meat first and then cook on the grill and watch and turn often because it has been a long time not sure how long they take to cook and do not forget to call me for dinner when they are done, sounds really good.....
