Yes. You would need to remove the oil jets and related hardware and install a completely new gas jet and delivery system with pilot light and gas thermocouple unit tied in the the existing thermostat. This is assuming the firebox is large enough and you could find the adaptable hardware. It might not meet code regulation but it would work at your own risk. Probably easier & safer to just buy a gas heater made for the right application.
