    When I type in my password it says that its the wrong password

      Check to see if you haven't mistyped your password or your username. If you haven't, click on the link in the log in window called "Can't Access Your Account?" It will take you to an account recovery page. Follow the steps and a link to retrieve your password will be sent to your alternative email address.
