    how do i get sound on my received emails?

    when i get emails with music in the background,i don't get any sound

      Which operating system do you have? Some have a default alert but you have to use the e-mail provider the system uses by default.


      Or you can download the yahoo tool bar which has a built in e-mail alert sound.
