Lots !!! Statins lower your blood pressure...and also are said to prevent strokes and even heart problems...see your GP for a blood test and he/she will determine which are the best statins for your level of cholesterol - you may have to take one tablet a day - maybe more...but they are non addictive, and could even lengthen your lifespan.
