has anyone else been scammed by the 100 day challenge?

I bought the 100 day challenge thinking if I didn't like it, I could get a refund within the 30 day money back guarantee period. Turned out I didn't like it, and they won't give me a refund despite proof I requested within the required time period. Now they won't answer any of my emails asking why. They seem to have all bases covered when it comes to finding out any information from dissatisfied customers. I can't possibly believe I'm the only one - it's a scam, of little value and an absolute rip-off.

I have bought stuff from mostly advertisers on TV. They promise U a refund if U aren't satisfied as part of their marketing; they rarely deliver even when U R inside the time period. The old saying Caveat Emptor (buyer beware) comes to mind.
