      On my computer you click on "view" at the top, left hand side of the screen, then "zoom", then "zoom in" or (in your case) "zoom out" to adjust the size.

        Suggest the following:

        First: on your top screen - File, Edit, Favorites, Tools, Help; tab 'View' and then tab 'Text Size.'

        Second: on your top screen - tab 'tools' and then scroll to the bottom where you will find; color, font, etc.
