how does one nominate a pensioner for services to the local community
the pensioner in question is nearly 9oyrs old and since his retirement has done a great sevice picking up litter from the streets and the childrens play area he has never considered himself other than being a good citizen.i call that dedication and worthy of some kind of recognition.
