      Much is not known. Your question encompassess a host of thoughts and possible responses. My recommendation is that you search out a good and qualified Christian minister/counselor who can offer help based on person to person conversations.

        I agree you should talk to someone but the answer is in youself and you have to face that fact. Ask yourself Why? and be honest in your answer. If you don`t you are wasting your time and ours but good luck. Oh! I don`t agree that you need to see a "qualified christian......." You see who you are comfortable with. What is a "qualified christian"? do they have exams for christians now? Who sets the test papers? and above all who marks them?

          Qualified counselor with a christian perspective is a better scenario. Point, biblical based philosophy is worlds apart from secular crap. I know, I was embedded with pshychology and was my best friend who established his clinical practive following four tours in 'Nam as a Green Beret and securing his Phd.

          It's a crap shoot; the word qualified requires some horse sense.

          Thanks for your explanation mat21225. Still waiting for answer, what is a "qualified" christian? Who sets and who marks the exam papers to qualify as a christian? God, Jesus? the holy spirit or some human?
