      Go to your Tools (upper righthand side of screen under the Wrench symbol as end of the Google bar) and click on popup blocker to turn it off (unchecked). Also, click on the cog symbol in the line with the house, star and cog. Click on Privacy tab and click on Pop Up Blocker to shut it off.

        go to tools. roll over pop up blocker. click turn off pop up blocker.
