Well obviously they are close(they have known each other for 21 years) or he wouldn't be giving her money unless she is blackmailing him or he is paying her for some special services and I seriously doubt this is the case.
You shouldn't try to weezle your way into the middle of their relationship because it is between them only. If they want you to know then one or both of them will tell you. Meanwhile,you should mind your own Peggysuecad business!!!!!!!
