I got a new dell and paid Best Buy $200.00 to transfer ALL of old drive to new one plus got a back up . I got ripped. No favorites showed up...I was sick!!!! I hate windows 7, they took something fun and easy to move around on and right now I have a dell advertisement and it won't leave the rt. hand side of my screen. Just passing on info...

Very good answer..and justifiably (sp?) so...it sucks to have to deal with crap like what you speak of..unfortunately this happens everyday to everybocy somewhere...times were much simpler and (in my book) much easier about 20 plus years or so ago..(:
