We have a tiny town in Queensland Australia named Birdsville. It is right out in the desert country so maybe that is where birds go to die. You are refering to the feathered varity aren`t you?

to the ground... to the stomach of a hungry carnivore...then back to the ground...lol

Where they are at when they die is where they went to die and did.

To the ground. You do not see people dying every day but, we do too.

But we die in hospitals or by accidents and we die of heart attacks and other illnesses wherever we are, inside or outside. We do not walk along the street and see birds that have died of old age. We see them if they are hit by a car. My question is where do they go to die, because they certainly don't just drop dead on the ground around us. There are more birds on this earth than humans so where are their dead bodies?

I guess my answer would be hopefully heaven because the bible says that God has his eye even on the sparrow.
