Not only in different regions, but at every different shop in the country... why would wedding flowers have the same price anywhere? Call around, ask, or even negotiate a better deal with who will work with you - and they will if you ask them and they want your business. Did you think flower shops - or any other business - sell things at the same prices? Do you think they are made to by some government, or by deciding together what the prices are? This is very illegal in the US, and likely in the UK too. PLEASE check around on anything you buy. Prices are different everywhere and always negotiable in some way or another.
