To manually print your paper on both sides using the Epson NX300 printer, insert the paper in the regular paper tray and when you print, select the 'odd pages only' in your print dialog box (the one that pops up when you select 'print' in your program's menu. After you print the odd pages, flip them, put them back to the tray in order and select the 'even pages' printing option in your print dialog box.
