We, as a civilization, do not get enough magneesium and vitamine D. Do excercise, simply walk fast paced 30 minutes a day. Stay positive, meditate and maintaine a certain relaxed mood. Many illnesses are stemming from stress, avoid it or learn how to react to stress. Colorful fruits and veggies, variety, stay away from meat and heavy fats. Nuts, beans and a high fiber diet help.
