    early humans cohabitation longevity?

when early humans lived in caves what period of time did males and their females cohabit together generally speaking?
i once heard of an article by a group of anthropologists doing cave scrapings with a theory on our basic programming.

It is unlikely that early humans lived longer than about 45 years, so assuming early marriage, cohabitation was probably 30 years.
