    can you show me where my pc check-up premium is cancelled?

    I called an 866 phone number this morning and requested to have my pc check-up premium cancelled. She assured me that I could see the evidence that she had, indeed, cancelled this for me if I would go to "my account.aol.com" - but I am unable to see the information, as I do not have a valid password. Can you help me?

      We cannot show you anything concerning your AOL account, we are not AOL or connected to it in any way. You need to contact AOL directly regarding your password, they can help you restore it or find a new one.
