What happened to the question re HCG that was on your board earlier today?
Someone asked early today what would happen if you cheated on the HCG diet one day - they wanted to know if you had to start over. I never saw an answer and now the question seems to be gone.

I answered it 6 hours ago. Here is what I said:
People mess up on diets all of the time. The best diet is to eat less calories and increase exercise, and it's FREE! HCG is such a complicated diet, and there are no long term studies to verify it is safe to use. However, if you insist on staying with this diet, start over again.
