    Even though it is configured to vibrete when it is silenced it is not vibrating

      It happens sometimes. Try to restart you Iphone and if that doesn't help, you should go to your cellular provider (in case you have insurance) or to an Apple store near your home.

      In most cases if your Iphone is configured to vibrate and it doesn't, its a software problem.
